According to the National Weather Service, a winter storm warning has been issued for Northeastern Illinois from 6pm this evening to 9pm Friday. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 14 inches are expected.
Once it begins to snow, you must move your vehicle to the odd numbered address side of the street. Once that is plowed, you must move your vehicle to the even numbered address side. This is a great help to our crews who will be working day and night to clear our streets.
Police Department personnel will be issuing tickets to violators and may tow vehicles that pose a safety hazard. Thank you for your cooperation.
